Coffee-brewing Equipment I Own
Grinders
- Wilfa Svart
- Good for daily use
- Don’t completely rely on the grind size scale’s labels
- Comandante C40 MK4 Nitro Blade
- Owning such a piece is a pleasure in itself
- Its price easily shocked people in the office in the pre-COVID era
- Now, I only use it for travel
Kettles
- Stagg EKG Electric Kettle White
- Attractive design
- Functional, but with glitches: it can overheat water, display incorrect water temperatures, and sometimes it’s challenging to turn on
- You can play the Snake game on it
- Mini Drip Kettle KASUYA Model
- Attractive design
- Now used for watering plants
Drip
- V60 Coffee Dripper 02 (Plastic)
- It has developed cracks after three years of use, but it’s still functional
- V60 Drip Scale
- It has accidentally been flooded with water several times but has survived each incident
- V60 Glass Server 01
- Simply good
Aeropress and stuff
- AeroPress Coffee Maker - Go
- Perfect for making coffee while traveling (especially in Italy)
- Also used when I run out of V60 filters
- Additionally used for Cold Brew , to make my signature Aeropresso Tonic in the summer
- Prismo Attachment for AeroPress
- Purchased for experimenting with making milk-based coffee, but I didn’t end up using it much
- Disk: reusable filter for Aeropress
- I prefer paper filters, but it’s good to have a backup option
